Marina with rowboats, paddle boats, kayaks & paddle boards.
Beach area has a children’s playground, volley ball at the beach as well as at the lodge, picnic area, pavilion and fishing pier.
Stables foe trail rides as well as an indoor & outdoor arena’s. Small animal petting area.
Lodge has a game room and pool table.
Outside the lodge there are 2 pool complexes, mini golf, bocci ball shuffle board & children’s playground.
Fitness center.
2 acre Delaware River Park on the Delaware River.

HOUSE RULES:

1) Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope Admin Form, sign a rental agreement & provide a copy of photo ID with home address.
2) The Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $10 per pass per day fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rentals 30 days or longer.
3) Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.
4? All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. GET DUMPSTER HOURS WHEN GETTING YOUR PASSES AT THE MASTHOPE OFFICE.
5) The burning of candles of any kind other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.
6) This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If you smoke outside the house please do not throw butts on the ground.
7) There is a 2 night minimum, 3 nights during holiday periods.
8) Linens & towels are NOT provided.
9) DO NOT FLUSH SANITARY PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLUSHABLE WET WIPES DOWN THE TOILET AS THEY MAY JAM THE SEWER GRINDER PUMP WHICH MAY LEAD TO A COSTLY EXPENSE TO YOU.
