Outside at lodge 2 pool complex, mini golf, bocci ball, shuffle board, children’s playground.

HOUSE RULES:

1)Traveler acknowledges they will be asked to complete a Masthope Admin Form, sign a rental agreement, & provide a copy of a phot ID with home address.
2)The Masthope community has a short term rental policy that states there is a $10 per pass per day per person fee based on the number of days you want to use the amenities. The Masthope community allows a maximum of 12 passes per house based on the number of people the township permit allows. There is no pass fee for rental 30days or longer.
3) Garage if accessible is not to be used for motorized vehicles of any kind.
4) All garbage must be taken to the community dumpster or a $25 per bag fee will be charged. GET DUMPSTER HOURS WHEN GETTING YOUR PASSES AT THE MASTHOPE OFFICE.
5)The burning of candles other than birthday cake candles is prohibited.
6)This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kid is prohibited. If you smoke outside the home please do not throw butts on the ground.
7)THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS.
8)LINENS & TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED SEE ROOM DESCRIPTION FOR BED SIZES.
9)DO NOT FLUSH SANITARY PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLUSHABLE WET WIPES DOWN THE TOILET AS THEY MAY JAM THE SEWER GRINDER PUMPWHICH MAY LEAD TO A COSTLY EXPENSE TO YOU.
